Honestly, I could ask for a better experience than the one I got from this team. Usually I’m always busy and almost never have the time to deal with my own personal stuff. My case was handled by Sarah and she help me through every step of the way. I explained to her how I was in residency and how I needed to relocate and well she got me the help I needed. There are a few sketchy post out there, but I assure you, panacea financial are 100% ideal for those people like us.

Quick and easy. Was able to get my PRN Loan approved and have the funds within a few days.

I called to get information on getting a loan as a fellow. The initial reception of my call was polite, pleasant, and empathetic. I gave my information and I was told to expect an email back regarding my request. I got an email from a banker, Ms. Novak, who asked me for a time to meet. I replied with a date, time (the next day), and a confirmation was made. Despite multiple phone calls on the day of the appointment, no one picked up. I left a message and an email. I’m pending a reply. I had to schedule time to leave clinic and I spent the whole time calling without an answer (30min before I quit). To be quite honest, I am concerned about making another appointment that may not honored and this could get me in trouble. I hope complaining here does not affect my loan request being treated fairly if I decide to apply. Lastly, it also makes me question everything I hear about panacea. To be clear, I’m not trying to get anyone fired, but it was quite an inconvenience that I think a complaint here is warranted (unless it was due to an emergency, of course). I mean all us doctors/trainees would have a strict reprimand or be fired for not showing up to a patients scheduled visit.

I had an excellent experience and plan on recommending them to other physicians and using them in the future. The whole process was not as stressful as I thought it would be. Sara was my main point of contact and she walked me through everything.

They made it very easy to get a bridge loan and walked me through the process. Rates are reasonable too.

This company is great; they look out for physicians / medical students who need a small loan to get them between transition points. The communication is stellar, response time is amazing, and overall, I would not have been able to make the transition from 4th year to intern year without them. Could not recommend enough - thank you!
