Very scammy company
Update: in response to Ned’s questions below. I called the number listed “Contact Us” on Panacea’s website. 1-833-472-6223. That was when they told me there was a special about a free medical alert device. When I said I wasn’t interested and wanted to speak to someone about loans, they kept on talking about all the benefits of this “free” medical alert device. I hung up. I called the number again later. This time, the person at Panacea Financial could not even “yes or no” if they provided loans of $X amount range. Does not inspire confidence. Very scammy company. Called their phone number and got marketed a medical alert device. Said I was not looking for that, and wanted to speak to a loan specialist. The person kept on trying to sell me this device. I called their main office number, and they couldn't answer any info about whether or not they could service loans of a certain range. Just wanted to collect my name and email. Sounds very scammy.

Hi MC - We investigated this and reviewed all of our contact databases. We have a single phone call from you for ~20 seconds. And no, our frontline servicing agents couldn't tell you how much of a specialty loan amount we offer, they're there to support our digital banking customers and aren't loan specialists. You didn't want to be connected to a loan specialist so she wasn't able to help you and you hung up. The other calls you made were to a different phone number this is close to ours that sells medical alert devices (only one digit difference). I apologize in the lines getting crossed. I've tried emailing you to connect and understand your experiences more, please feel free to reply to me at [email protected]. Best, -Ned Palmer, MD MPH COO, Co-Founder
