Th process was easy to apply for the loan. My only issue was the turn around time from application to actually receiving the loan. I felt like I had to be the one to constantly reach out to the loan advisor for an update instead of them keeping me updated from their end. The company advertises being approved in 24hrs but it took over a week before everything with my loan was settled. And I don’t have any crazy outstanding debts or poor credit, my credit score was pretty high. Overall, the experience was okay, I just wish there was a little more clarity on timeline and better communication

Helpful communications, helpful people, simple platform. It wasn't perfect, kinks and redundancies at times, but the final product wasn't under-delivered.

Panacea really helped me when I needed it. I got denied a loan by my bank, but Panacea was able to assist me. The contact person was also very nice and assisted me with every question I had.
