Hi, I am so sorry about the delivery delay. We use an overseas warehouse dispatching system so it takes 15 days to arrive. Due to covid, many flights were cancelled so the delivery becomes out of our hands. We are going to launch an express delivery option soon at a slight extra cost. We hope to improve our delivery service.

Paid for free expedited shipping
Paid for free expedited shipping - should have been 7-14 days and it took a little over three weeks. The other problem is this arrived in soft packaging, from China so the package was bent around the edges. This most definitely should have arrived in a hard tube. Other than that, I’m hoping my mother in law will love!

Good quality but a bit blobby
The paint by numbers (PBY) was well printed and easy to follow. The paints were slightly thinner than I like but that is just my preference. I wasn't thrilled with the final result so I added in some trees where the PBY showed just blobs. I also changed the color of the road and used a wash technique to blur the colors together in my mountain scene. I would order again but definitely choose a simpler print.
