I really enjoy painting by numbers, this is my third purchase. The kit has everything that you need to complete your product, I also purchased the frame kit .

Paintings come out really good. Detailed and terrific. The paints are on another level. On a fish painting I finished the paint for the fish came out a blue/green color. It was so pretty. Anytime i email them, I get a quick response. This company has my business for sure.

I try to be understanding and give companies second chances when things don’t go like they should. But out of both of my experiences I’ve had issues. My first custom canvas had several containers of almost fully dry paint making it difficult to spread, even after adding water. The detail wasn’t great either as it was a picture of my husband and I on a hike with our two dogs. Nobody had eyes. I had to manually make eyes for us all. There were a few spots with no numbers as well. They also didn’t send the diy frame but instead 3 random canvases with pictures of a girl on the beach and some other useless crap on a canvas. But could be just a one time thing right? No. The second order I spent $110. One was a custom painting and was for a gift. The site said if you order a certain dollar amount it was guaranteed to be here in two weeks. I kept checking for tracking updates and nothing. Finally almost two weeks later I contact the company asking if it will arrive on time and they said it’ll be updated in three days and should be on time. In three days when they updated it, it showed they had just given it to the shipping company. I was upset because they knew they had not even mailed it yet when they told me it would be there on time which was a flat out lie. I once again contacted them expressing my disappointment and that I was lied to twice and they did give me $20 back. It took a total of a month almost to get the items. So I started on the custom painting. I paid higher for extra colors to have better detail. There were several colors that were the same color just different numbers. When you put them side by side and they dry you can’t tell one from the other. Then the had a container of a color that was only for one speck on the whole canvas. They tried to make it look like all this extra detail and it wasn’t. Not to mention I have pics of an entire area where the spots are one number and the surrounding areas are all the same color making it one giant spot of one color. Again deceiving. The lines on the canvas were so dark that the light colors don’t cover them making it clear it’s paint by number. I put layer after layer and it didn’t cover it. Not to mention who wants to paint the same spots 5 times? Not me. There were several spots with no number as well. I was unhappy with the final look of the painting and decided to go with a different gift. I will not be ordering custom paintings anymore from this company. I’m still working on one of their preprinted canvases so that’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of two. Not sure how it will turn out. My suggestion is if you want a custom print on your canvas, buy somewhere else. It won’t take a month to come and it’ll be accurate and not scamming you for money with “more detail”

I ordered a set based on a photo of my son. I was curious to see how the paint by number would turn out because it's more of an abstract style, not overly detailed. So I painted my son's face first. The likeness is unmistakable- you can tell it is him! Very nicely surprised & pleased with the custom paint by number set. Thank you!

The painting is great but the paint that comes with it has a weird consistency and is not useable.

The fabric was smashed/wrinkled quite a bit like the package was folded in half during shipping but the picture appears very detailed. Looking forward to getting it stretched and starting this project! Won't know the true review/outcome until I can start working in the project.

My package got lost in the mail somehow. And this is the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. Will not be ordering from you again.
