The parcel was supposed to come between 10-15 days, that's what the website said, it took almost a month to deliver. Plus, the packaging was very poor and I didn't expect this kind of product when I paid $40 for it. My canvas was completely crumbled, just wrapped around a bubble wrap. They should have at least put it in a cardboard box to prevent it from ruining. Overall, I'm not gonna buy from this website ever again. $40 was a total waste. Late delivery, poor quality and not worth your time or money.

I ordered the 36 colors option of a portrait of my partner and I, so that our painting would look realistic. We are both African American, and the colors selected for our skin tones are very off, making us appear extremely lighter than what we are.

The product took over 3 weeks to arrive. Had I known it was coming from China, and would take so long, I would have had second thoughts about my order. Also, there was no directions included, i.e. what color to begin with, how long for drying time, etc., nor is there a small picture of what the finished product should look like for reference purposes.

The colors were off in certain areas and it looked strange. Although it was fun for a bit wouldn't buy another one from this company.

I ordered a paint with number of one of my wedding pictures in hopes to give to my husband as a gift. The package took three weeks to arrive, which was past the 7-14 day shipping promised. I was willing to overlook this, however the color pallet is completely off. My husband's suit was light cream, and the colors received to paint with were entirely blue. Also my dress was a blue color. My bouquet was almost entirely greenery with a few white roses and baby's breath, but the colors received consisted of orange and dark brown with one green color sprinkled in a very small amount. I have tried contacting this company but there is no phone number and they don't respond to the emails. It seems some people have good luck with the site, but if it goes wrong it doesn't seem like there's a way to get a replacement or your money back. Buy at your own risk!

I purchased for a friend who just lost her dog and am impressed with the colors, outcome and detail in the print! Cant wait to give to her.
