Product still hasn't arrived. Christmas come and gone with no one receiving their gifts. I now will have to pay to have them shipped to them if they ever get here and was offered a measly 10% compensation for my trouble. I will never order from this company again.

Spent $200 with them. Package never delivered. Paint with numbers would not help resolve. Now deleting negative reviews, mine and others, on social media 👍 use anybody else

Have not received what I paid for yet. I ordered in plenty of time before Christmas based on the dated suggested on your site. But it didn't arrive in time nor have I received it yet. It states it's coming this week but has not left original sorting centre at customs

I ordered this in November and never got it before Christmas. I sent an email to your staff and they said it was returned for size?

I ordered this item at the end of November and haven't received it as of Dec 27! Would never order from this company again. Very poor deliver service. When I get this item it better be an excellent item for the price and poor customer service. Hope they share this review! I will update review once my MIL paints it.

Never got it. Scammed out of my money

I ordered a custom paint by number for a Christmas present well in advance but still have not received it. Customer service said they would look into it but I never heard back. Very disappointing.

The painting and paints look fantastic! The outline looks exactly like the picture and it’s printed on high-quality materials. My only concern is that the product is made in China, and it took almost 8 weeks to arrive. Customers should be told that when they’re ordering.
