I ordered my item on Nov29. It is Dec28 and I still have not received it. The tracking info on Dec09 said “the flight was delayed” from China. The company b promised to look into this but has done nothing and refuses to refund me until 45 days have gone by.

Purchased back in November with explicit guarantee that it would arrive before Xmas. It is still no where to be found and customer service is ignoring my emails.

Ordered Dec. 9th 2022 and still has not been delivered. No reply to my email asking when it will be shipped. Tracking number on order does not work.

I still haven’t received any of my orders. Hoping for them soon. I’m still going to give this company 5 stars because I made a mistake when I first tried to order and you fixed my error for me so quickly and immediately returned my money even though it was totally my fault. I really appreciated that!

VERY disappointed. Order has yet to arrive and I have gotten little in the way of help navigating where my package is.
