Product got here on time, but the paint was really hard to open. I had to buy other paint.

The product itself is amazing and it's a very thoughtful gift if you wanted to give it to someone who enjoys this type of thing. However, delivery took far too long and why they choose to delivery with Evri (previously Hermes), I have no idea. The box arrived in packaging that states what the product is (which Is unfortunate for me as the person I gifted this to saw it before I could do anything) and came in a non presentable box because it looked like someone had sat on it.

Exactly as advertised

I ordered my picture on November 28 and as of today, December 24, still haven't received my order! It won't arrive for Christmas and cost $80. I hope it arrives period! The tracking of the item was not the best with lots of unavailable tracking and the tracking from China was nonexistent as I had to contact Paint with Number to get any updates, which weren't very specific.

I got to paint a photo of me and my boyfriend and it made a wonderful aniversary gift. I would help in the paper copy with all the numbers were larger so I could see the small areas better. Even on the canvas some numbers were too small to see and I had to guess somtimes.

Guaranteed it would be here by the 22nd of December in time for Christmas and it never even shipped from China till the 21st of December, currently December 24th and it’s sitting in California and that was with a few weeks advance ordering and express shipping. Extremely disappointing won’t ever buy from them again.

Have still not received my package. Should have read the fine print that you will get the package when you get the package and that previous reviews of fast shipping are bogus and probably the company’s doing. If I knew this was comming from china I would have not used this company
