I ordered on 22nd July status still saying unfulfilled this happened once before and after I complained I did eventually receive order and I am thankful for that but the same is happening again I gave you another chance but I should have just went elsewhere you are so u reliable never again my order number ism#OP349255 Thankyou heather

They are a scam , I downloaded the qr scan, after they SHOP told me they were ready to send my purchase, so next I checked my email, sure enough, Paintly Shop stated they sent it and it was in transit, so I waited near on 2 weeks for it , still nothing so I qr scanned my track scan as there was NO actual tracking number, it claimed my parcel had been delivered 2 days ago, BULL S what waist of time and money I lost $63.oo. and I tried to email them , but kept coming back as Mailer Damon failure, so be aware shoppers, I have tried the support email 2 to times to paintly still NO response, its time for all us that have been exposed to this fraud to stand up, contact you local Authorities, even go through Consumers affairs, for in Australia , Try ACCC, if no luck there I would be contacting the AFP, that's Federal Police scam division to deal with this company.....

I have sent a number of emails in regards to the postage of my order with no response. Emails also bounce back Saying the email address is incorrect even though it’s from their site. I would like to know where my order is and when it will be delivered. I will be reporting their abn and contacting the office of fair trade as well. I have raised an investigation for fraudulent activity with my back

Still waiting on an order placed 6 weeks ago- still nothing. No response from emails requesting eta - shipping shows still in China!!!! Lost my money for sure.

Ordered start of March communication was good at the start after purchasing I read reviews and got nervous I was told there was a production delay which is fine I waited didn’t hear anything so I messaged again and was told it will be sent in the next week or so so waited again then nothing so I have emailed and no response now. I have spent over $100 and was really looking forward to paint this one 😢 I haven’t received anything

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Purchaced an order early march. Never got a verification email. I contacted them early April and was told "Due to unforeseen production issues and downtime in our facilities, we have experienced unexpected delays in fulfilling orders, we anticipate that your order will be shipped out by next week". That was 3 weeks ago. And still nothing, not even a verification email. Don't waste your time with this company. Its disappointing as there was such a huge range of great looking products. Sadly, its not worth it.
