Paintedfigs.com - An Asian Miniature Painting StudioReviews of paintedfigs.com

Superb communication, happy to accommodate changes to the plan, fantastic paint job (exhibition standard) absolutely top-notch value for money - I've used these folks since day 1 - I was one of there first customers, and I've been coming back again and again. Awesome service all round.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at Paintedfigs; they are world-class painters, amicable professionals, and very accommodating. My brother and I recently commissioned the creation of High Elf and Dark Elf armies and the results are astounding! I am very much looking forward to working with these people for years to come.

They did outstanding work on my minis at an amazing price! I’ll be sending them more soon!

From the start-up of the project, taking great interest in not only the painting but the back-story of what my miniatures meant to me, was a different level of service. Taking into consideration all my input and direction of the paint schemes, to showcasing review pictures and making necessary corrections, and all along the way Navin, Vasanth and the teams communication - this is the type of customer service everyone should be striving for. All this to be said behind the best level of painting we could have imagined. This has been an amazing process (not just an amazing result) and can't wait for Paintedfigs.com to bring the next one (5th gen Bretonnians) to life!!!

Love them! Have done business with Paintedfigs since 2016, and they are always my go-to should I not have the time to work on the very time-consuming hobby of working with and painting miniatures. Communication is always upfront, honest, and they are going to the length of ensuring you are receiving your product in a timely and safe manner. No one else in this business packages their orders to be shipped to your doorstep as securely and with attention to detail as Paintedfigs does.

I have used Paintedfigs for multiple projects already and will continue to do so. They are great communicators and they make the process of getting your minis painted easy. Assembly of plastic figures is included in the quote and it’s been awesome to just grab some boxes off the shelf and send them off. They now offer to print 3D minis for you and paint them. They go over the top packaging your miniatures to insure they arrive to you in great condition. I have loved everything they have painted so far and have more miniatures in the pipeline already 😎👍🏻.

They are cheap and paint great. Sometimes they took a bit of time to answer the email, but everything else is fantastic: listen to you about what you want, price and so on.

This was my first time using an offshore painting service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience, from start to finish. The final painted figures far exceeded my expectations. I initially reached out to PaintedFigs in March 2024 to inquire about their services and request sample photos, specifically of Aliens vs Predator miniatures. Navin responded promptly the next business day, sharing five separate links to photo albums showcasing their past work. While I didn’t commit at the time, I was added to their mailing list and stayed in touch. Between my procrastination and expanding my collection, I didn’t reconnect with them until November 2024, when they offered a 20% discount for their May 2025 delivery queue. Once again, Navin responded quickly, despite the 9.5-hour time difference from the US East Coast—impressive communication throughout. They clearly explained the different painting quality levels and pricing, which gave me confidence to move forward with over 200 figures, including AvP, custom pieces, sci-fi, and WWII British and German miniatures. Creating the order was straightforward using a spreadsheet they provided, and I could include reference images to guide the painting. This couldn't have been easier! A huge plus: I didn’t have to deal with international shipping directly. They use a U.S.-based broker in Illinois, so I sent the figures there in early December. PaintedFigs confirmed receipt, and knowing I was in the May queue, I just let them work their magic. In late May, I received an update from Vasanth with photos of all my painted miniatures. They offered to make any changes if needed, but everything looked fantastic. The figures were then carefully packed and shipped with an estimated 2–3 week delivery. All three boxes arrived in under two weeks, perfectly packed and with zero damage. Even on the most delicate resin prints! I am already putting together another WW2 order with about 200 figures for their "Exhibition Quality" paint work. They have earned my repeat business.
