Paintedfigs.com - An Asian Miniature Painting StudioReviews of paintedfigs.com

They listed to my requirements and did a fantastic job. They look 10x better in person than in the pictures. I hope to do business with them again someday.

This was my first experiance with PaintedFigs. First up, it will take months to get your minis back. Be ready for this. That being said I was able to send painted models for them to match unpainted ones I sent them. They were able to match my paint scheme very well and I'm very happy with the results. I ordered the basic paint level. Once I have all my core units done I will try thier higher level of painting on my HQ models.

I cannot recommend PaintedFigs and Navin highly enough. I've trusted Navin and the PaintedFigs team with my miniature collection for well over a decade, and during that time they have completed a substantial number of projects for me—from individual characters and vehicles to complete armies. That long-term relationship says more than anything else I could write. The quality of their work is consistently exceptional. Every project has arrived beautifully painted, carefully assembled, securely packaged, and true to the vision we discussed. Navin's communication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding work have kept me coming back project after project. Whether it's a single centerpiece model or an entire army, the PaintedFigs team approaches every commission with genuine care and craftsmanship. The results consistently exceed my expectations while capturing exactly the look I was hoping for. After more than ten years and many completed commissions, I recommend PaintedFigs with complete confidence. If you're looking for a talented studio led by someone who genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Navin and his team. Exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding service, and more than a decade of consistently impressive work.

The PaintedFigs team is excellent. I have had multiple successful projects with them over a 10+ year period. I cannot say enough good things about them. They do great quality painting for a great price. Their customer service is outstanding; they respond quickly and professionally to my inquires and they go above and beyond with communication and effort. I had a recent challenging shipping situation, they persisted in helping me, and we triumphed in the end :-). They never act as if customer service is a burden. Hats off to PaintedFigs!

These guys and gals are top notch painters and builders. I have completed 3 commissions with them and I am very happy. They took a basic Stompa kit and turned it into a work of art. They are currently building ork horde army for me, never did I think I would be able to have a well painted horde army. Next, who knows maybe c'tan?

Navin and Vasanth have a great team! I have been working with them for years and each project exceeds expectations. Painting instructions are followed and the attention to detail in applying decals and getting the perfect color match speak volumes to their level of service. There is open discussions regarding the project through each phase of the process. Shipping is great as miniatures arrive securely packaged with no breakage!! Shipping is fast also. Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class service!! The team at Paintedfigs will be my first choice for all future painting projects. The price was very competitive, the communications were excellent from first requesting a quote to receiving the painted miniatures. The building and painting work was absolutely brilliant, I requested a few small changes and these were accommodated without any problems. I am so happy with the miniatures and the service and would recommend Paintedfigs wholeheartedly.

I’ve used them 3 times so far, and they do excellent work. They provide regular updates as your project arrives and moves the various stages of assembly and painting, with responses averaging around 24hr. There was a slight hiccup with my last project where they forgot to send back my movement trays, but quickly rectified that and got them back to me as quickly as possible. I definitely plan on using them in future when I get another project ready.
