Six months ago I ordered a Moose paint by number canvas and a frame. I paid for both these items. I received the canvas but not the frame. I have written several emails and received the same replies,due to COVID the shipping is slow. It’s been over six months so I requested a refund for the frame. I did not receive a reply. I then sent an email advising I would report them to Trading Standards, which I have done. They did not reply.I did pay by PayPal however the required time to state a claim had lapsed. This company took my payment but I did not receive the goods ordered. They could not give me a tracking number or proof of posting. I am out of pocket and would definitely not recommend this company. I was ripped off and this company does not seem to care about its reputation. Be aware .

Firstly. I ordered this on December 29th 2020, didn't receive a proper tracking number. After two months i still didn't receive the item. I emailed Alexandra and I got an automated response about the shipping is delayed due to prioritized cargo due to covid.. but that they confirmed with the wearhouse that it was shipped. I need to wait 3 more weeks. Which I did but again nothing. I went into the website again to investigate and on the main page was the 100% guarantee that if I wasn't satisfied I would get a refund no questions asked. So on my third email to them now being 3 months at the time. I informed them I hadn't recieved the item and would appreciate a full refund. Only to be told by Alexandra that the courier wouldn't issue me a refund... Which I would say that it's not the courier who needed to refund me. That it is the company itself that should. Well on April 15th I finally recieved the item. However only yesterday April 18th did I receive another email from Alexandra in response to my refund request. That they gave me the wrong tracking number. Upon looking at the tracking information did I notice they didn't even mail it until April 2nd. And only too 13 days to ship the damn order. Needless to say this company is terrible.

It took 2 months to arrive but in the end everything went well. I don't blame it on the company (shipments at all country borders are extremely strict due to COVID-19). I'm very happy with the product and customer service was very helpful.

Everything worked perfectly fine. My girlfriend is very happy about the gift. Even if she is not finished yet, it already looks very nice:)

Avoid this company like the plague ! I ordered a painting in January to keep me busy during lockdown. It never came in the time slot of 12-30 days and then I discovered that the company is based in Australia and the paintings are sent out from China !!I It's taken eight weeks and PayPal stepping in to actually receive my painting and I doubt very much if there is enough paint to complete it. The weather is improving now so I don't want to sit in painting so it's going to be some months before I start it and then it will be too late to complain if there isn't enough paint. Also , you get no instructions whatsoever , just a four inch picture. ! Are you supposed to blend colours that adjoin or what ? Mine was intended as a present but arrived a month too late so I shall have to keep it for myself to do. If I can ! This is an update to my review above. This company has an amazing choice of paintings and as long as you are in no rush , then buy from them , but expect up to 8 weeks delivery. There are UK suppliers that get to you in less than a week which is a bonus but not the amount of choice. I have upped my star rating from one to two.

Do not buy from them! Ordered last May, and having written to Them serveral times, witha answer from "Alexandra". But No respons on My last three mails. Will never order from them again!

My order took 4 months to arrive. I ordered in April and they arrived in August. I emailed back and forth (their replies were slow) and I was told my order had not been shipped due to a customs error from the liquid in the paint while being shipped(?). You would think that a company who specialises in paint would have this under control. They had to reorder again for me. When my paintings had finally arrived 4 months later, the packaging was sloppy and generic. The sheets of canvas were cut in a sloppy manner and the paint brushes were not the best quality. I went onto their website again to read the reviews and post one but they only have reviews worth 4 or 5 stars and nothing else. That itself is very shady. More of a hassle than an enjoyment in my opinion.
