Still waiting for 2 canvasses supposedly sent 4 weeks ago. No response to any of my emails to their support@ email address and there appears to be no way to reach them by phone. Tried to locate via the tracking number but it doesn’t seem to exist. Painted two canvasses previously which turned out great, but their lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. I’ll cancel the payment and give other companies a try for future.

Ordered Nov 29, that arrived Jan 2, and received a horrible green and gray version of blue and white cranes, a black lab dog painting that looks like a dauchund, and the canvas was wrinkled and couldn’t be ironed out. Will not order again, zero stars. I requested a refund.

Tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it when I realized it would take 3 weeks to receive it. More like a month. They would not do it. Of course, they charged my VISA immediately. It did eventually ship by air, not slow boat from China, so there was no reason it could not have been canceled at that time. Terrible customer service. Crummy looking product.

I ordered on May 24th 2023 (#20410). I didn’t receive the package, last time it also took a long time because of covid so I remained patient. I sent an email in September and October requesting updates, never received a reply. So far never received my painting or any updates.

I ordered two paint by number kits from this company because I really liked the way the product was advertised (in a flat box other than folded canvas). The site said it would take some time to receive and I understand that in today's world. However, it said 2 - 3 days for processing and the rest of the time is shipping. Again, I get it. But I have never even received a shipping confirmation or tracking number on either product. I have emailed the company to please cancel my order but have not received a response. I have submitted a complaint through pay pal at this point. There is another company called Masterpiece by Numbers who is based in the USA. I will be ordering from them from now on. Tired of these ads that pop up on social media and I fail to check where they are located. Most are out of the country and have the worst customer service.

Six months ago I ordered a Moose paint by number canvas and a frame. I paid for both these items. I received the canvas but not the frame. I have written several emails and received the same replies,due to COVID the shipping is slow. It’s been over six months so I requested a refund for the frame. I did not receive a reply. I then sent an email advising I would report them to Trading Standards, which I have done. They did not reply.I did pay by PayPal however the required time to state a claim had lapsed. This company took my payment but I did not receive the goods ordered. They could not give me a tracking number or proof of posting. I am out of pocket and would definitely not recommend this company. I was ripped off and this company does not seem to care about its reputation. Be aware .
