My latest painting is slightly different and is a 'view' rather than a person as most of my others have been. I've not finished it because it is much more difficult than previous pieces I've done, but I love it!

They sent me three pictures today. One was missing a number the second picture. It was three people on there and there was a four person. I didn’t know who was on there and the third picture the sun was in the face of the person. Terrible job. Terrible job.

Great concept. Whilst delivery was slow it is the quality of the canvas that I struggled with. The surface has a plastic/vinyl feel which means the paint just sits on top without any ‘grip’ and the numbers show through. Customer service response was timely but I was advised “The paint isn’t supposed to fully absorb into the canvas; it stays more on the surface. If a number shows through too much, we recommend applying a second layer of paint once it has dried”. I am trying to do the ‘lifelike’ 48 colour option and it is quite intricate so this canvas finish is just not viable. There was no feedback on advice on return/refund options. I will not buy this product again.

All in the box looks ok. It hasn’t been used yet so not sure how it’ll turn out, but as this was a gift and the price you pay for it, you expect the box to be of good quality and arrive safely. Unfortunately however, the box turned up very badly damaged, ripped. The box doesn’t reflect the price you pay for it to arrive safely. I did write to them regarding this, and said I would feel embarrassed given it away as a gift as it looks cheap. It took them a couple of days to reply back, I didn’t feel like they really cared much to be honest. It takes a while for the product to be delivered which is understandable, but was expecting the box to be strong not flimsy.

This is by far the most relaxing, stress reliever activity Ive done when I have a free time. The canvas was super easy to paint on, the colors are really vibrant and the DIY frame was super easy to assemble. I am looking forward for my third canvas.
