Firstly, this company is not a scam, I retract that. If a tourist sent you a photo of Mount Rushmore, would you just crop out one of the presidents, without contacting to customer to check firstly? I had three orders with you and wow - don't they take FOREVER to arrive??? And the cost. You shouldn't be in the customized business because the customer decided what they want on their image and not you. Customers don't want to hear hogwash about dimensions and definitely do NOT want to be asked for more money to correct your incompetence. And, trying to get Trustpilot to delete unfavorable reviews? They didn't because they are here for a reason - to protect honesty and expose businesses that people should avoid. No, you are not a scam, just someone who I would NEVER use again. That thought is .....forget it. I wish you blessings but just stop being greedy and cease your customized stuff because it's what the customer wants, not you.

my first painting went great. 2nd painting was printed in a light pink. I was sent another but it was the same as the second painting very light pink couldn't see where to paint. Paint by canvas could have sent me one printed darker like my first painting I ordered. bad bad experience with paint by canvas. but when you have to put on magnifier to see the area to paint makes it a hard way to paint. my first painting was a higher quality than the other two that were sent to me.

I’m asked to right a review on an order I haven’t received

Really appalled at the way this company has dealt with my order. A canvas was ordered on 11th December, supposedly delivered by Xmas… and has still not arrived! Wouldn’t refund as it’s a customised product and so sent another which was to arrive 27th January. No updated tracking information was provided so I couldn’t follow it and it’s still not arrived. Emailed on 4th and 15th February asking again for a full refund and no response. Then they have the audacity to send me emails asking how my canvas turned out! Clearly they can't cope with logistics or customer service. Their lack of speed in trying to resolve this is terrible. Awful customer service, awful communication and awful experience.

Very disappointed! Ordered a custom painting on the promise it would arrive before Christmas, this didn't happen. It eventually arrived a few days after Christmas so I reached out via their contact us page, as I no longer needed the painting due to having to source an alternative present last minute and still no response almost 2 weeks into the new year. My advice would be, dont bother with this company and use one of their many other competitors.

Paint by Canvas was extremely late for an order that I made well in advance for Christmas. They had a delay and pointed blame on their manufacturer, instead of taking ownership and providing or offering a refund or discount. My shipment/order finally arrived after Christmas but their customer service refused to offer any type of apology or refund or even a discount for my next order. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.

Paining arrived 2 days ago, way beyond Christmas, way beyond what they promised...would not ever use them again

It would appear that there was some type of change in this company recently to cause this many 1 star reviews of items not showing up, lost in tracking, etc. I too have never received the product I ordered December 4 and paid a lot of money for. They kept saying to check tracking, however, there are no updates. Now they say they will ship new product, but I don't believe it. I tried to contact BBB as I thought this was an American company, but apparently it's out of Finland according to BBB. Hopefully they finally ship the order that I paid for and it will be a present for next Christmas. So disappointed.
