Hi Annette, Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your delivery has been delayed and for the frustration this has caused. As mentioned in our email, your package is currently in transit, and we provided you with the Evri tracking details so you can follow its progress. On our website, we’ve clearly stated the average delivery times based on previous shipments. Unfortunately, it seems your package is a day late compared to our estimate. While the holiday rush and courier delays play a part, we take full responsibility for the situation and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand this isn’t the experience you hoped for, and we genuinely hope your package reaches you very soon. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Wishing you a Merry Christmas, and thank you for your patience!

Hi, Thank you for your message, and apologies if the delivery information has seemed unclear. We’ve provided delivery times in several places on our website, and we recommend that all customers read them carefully before placing an order to avoid any misunderstandings. In addition to the general delivery information, each customer selects at checkout whether they prefer Standard Delivery (10–15 Days) or FedEx Express Delivery (7–10 Days).

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with our product didn’t meet your expectations. The numbers on our canvases are designed to be visible enough for easy reference during the painting process without requiring additional tools like magnifying glasses. This is an important aspect of the paint-by-numbers system to ensure that the painting experience is enjoyable and straightforward. With custom paint-by-numbers kits, some lighter paint shades may not fully cover the red markings in certain areas. This is because those lighter shades are essential for maintaining the accuracy and balance of the color palette in the final artwork. Completely covering the numbers with more opaque colors could unfortunately compromise the overall look, making it appear unnatural or different from the original photograph. It’s worth noting that any slight visibility of numbers is typically noticeable only when viewed up close. Once the painting is completed and viewed from a proper distance, which is how art is generally appreciated, these details blend seamlessly into the final masterpiece. We understand how important it is for your project to meet your expectations, and we’re constantly working to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Warm regards, The Paint by Canvas Team
