at first you get 50 cent serveys then u get 3 cent ones absolute scam
Response from PaidViewpointMay 3, 2024
Hi there, The two 50 cent surveys are our welcome surveys, and pay you to set up your account. The other surveys are our Trait Surveys. They help us get to know you better, but are not money-making surveys for us, so they will always earn the same. Research Surveys are where you earn more because they are commissioned by our clients. If you're not receiving Research Surveys, please open a support ticket so we can take a look at your account.

Excellent survey site
I have been a member for five years and my experience with this survey site has been nothing short of fantastic. You receive credit for your surveys immediately (unlike other sites where you have to wait) and can cash out fairly quickly. Although their site states it is a 72 hour wait to get paid, most of the time it is sooner than that. You never get rejected (again, unlike other survey sites) and their customer service is top notch. I recently experienced a technical issue and their support team helped me resolve it very quickly. They respond within a few hours. You won't get rich but it is a reliable, solid and trustworthy site. I recommend it.

This app used to be good until the latest change now I only get a trait survey once or twice a day for 10 cent 1 star app now
Response from PaidViewpointApr 25, 2024
With the buzz surrounding our new site launch, our surveys are getting snapped up quicker than ever! People are jumping at the chance to take them as soon as they pop up. When you're logged in, the system sees you're ready to go and sends surveys your way first. So, the more you're active on the site, the more survey opportunities come your way! If you think there's a bigger issue, please open a support ticket from your dashboard so our support team can take a look at your account to see if there's a different issue.

Was a great survey site until the recent update. You used to be able to quickly log in and get right to the surveys, easy peasy. Not anymore now it's a confusing mess, and just trying to log in is a pain. I think they spent more time trying to make the site hip, or cool instead of testing to see that it is user friendly, and easy to navigate. Hopefully they will fix this, and I will give them a chance. But if it isn't made more user friendly like it was before, then I'm done.
Response from PaidViewpointApr 22, 2024
Thank you for your honest feedback Barry. We understand your frustration. Our developers are diligently searching for a solution to the login issue. We appreciate your patience while they troubleshoot this issue that was not present in our beta test.

Go Getters This Way
Signed on with PaidViewpoint for years now. Their experience has improved. Things are more quicker, and more worth the time doing. DO NOT believe in the Naysayers. Do you best on here, continue doing the best, knowing what it does for you. I was wary of the new update as well, that was until things managed to work out as intended. You Rock! Keep it up! 5 STARS!

Hi Wayne, we're sorry to hear you don't like our updated platform. Please note that while our new site has increased security for us and our members, and a new design for a better user experience, our basic processes have not changed. Nothing about our platform is a fraudulent or deceptive act, as you have suggested. If you have a specific issue that you would like addressed with your account, please open a support ticket so our support team can assist you.

Avoid
Had no problem with this survey site until they did a recent update. I now cant cashout. Am on my 3rd support ticket as they reply to a ticket and then mark it as resolved when the issue isnt resolved. Ive sent them screenshots of whats happening. From reading other recent reviews theres clearly an issue that needs to be addressed! Unless its fixed Id say AVOID as you wont get the money they owe you UPDATE 9th April - Last support ticket told me to freeze earnings & they would unfreeze so I could cash out. Did that & updated them. Earnings now say 179 days until they unfreeze!
Response from PaidViewpointApr 9, 2024
Hi there, The resolved marking is an internal designation that shows that the ticket has been replied to. It does not necessarily indicate that your issue has been resolved. Please note that while we normally ask for 24-48 hours response time to any ticket, that time has been delayed due to the overwhelming response to our new site. Our small support team is doing everything they can to get to your ticket in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience.

New App update is Bad. Unable to Cash out! Was great until the New App update.

Hi there, We're sorry for the frustration. Our increased security measures have caused some members to need additional support to cash out. Please open a support ticket from your dashboard so the Support Team can assess the issue and help you redeem your earnings. Thank you for being a member.
