I can never cash out. In all the years I've been with them. When logging in, no issues. But whenever I try to verify my phone, I never get the verification. I have done all the troubleshooting including re add my phone. All they keep telling me is they don't see me asking for it. Not a fan at all. Got money in there that I can't touch. Not worth the hassle. Can really pin the date it's ongoing.

I am very disappointed with the reward structure. There are times when a survey advertises a $5.00 reward, but after spending time answering all of the screening questions, you end up receiving only 10 cents instead. It feels misleading to display a higher payout when the compensation turns out to be a fraction of what was promised after completing the long screening process. The platform needs to improve payout transparency so users aren't misled about what they will actually earn for their time.

Although we have a vast database of trait questions, we don't cover every possible trait a survey client might need. This is why pre-qualification questions are necessary. These can be questions like which type of razor you've used most often in the past two weeks, how you feel about scent in your sunscreen, or what tool you have used most often in the past year for removing hair. There can be up to 8 pre qualification questions before a survey starts, as well as trait questions. It's inevitable that you won’t meet the pre-qualifications for every survey we send you. When this happens, we redirect you to a trait survey, ensuring you still earn 10 cents for answering a few of our trait questions. This approach helps avoid the frustration of being disqualified without any reward, a common issue with other platforms. Misleading notification in email - Lately they are sending messages saying "If you complete this survey during the next 3 hours, you’ll get from $0.03 to $0.39." I'm always completing the survey in the first 20 min, and all I get is 0.03 anyways.

The surveys are fine so far, although it takes ages to reach a withdrawal point. That’s part of the deal, so no complaints there. The tone of the customer service, however, is shocking. Incredibly rude, accusatory and aggressive. Please take this as constructive feedback that you are alienating your users by communicating in a condescending, haughty and unpleasant fashion. This reflects directly on the company and its employees.

Hi Shelia, Those are our Trait Surveys. These will always be low-earning surveys because they are not money-making surveys for us. The Research Surveys are the ones where you will make more money. Check your Earnings tab to see which you have been taking, and open a support ticket from your dashboard for more help.

Obviamente pelo rendimento ridículo que ela me proporciona, não divulguei link Tirem suas próprias conclusões Pagou no PayPal,no dia seguinte e parece que o saque mínimo baixou de 15 para 10 U$.
