Hi Rick, we’re sorry to hear that. We’d like to understand what changed for you, so please open a support ticket from your dashboard and our team will take a look at your account. Survey availability depends on what our clients order and which demographics they’re researching, so it can vary over time. We appreciate you giving PaidViewpoint a try.

Hi Gordon. We don't guarantee any specific schedule for surveys, as it is based entirely on what our clients order and if you match the demographic they're researching. To maximize the number of surveys you see, we recommend you make sure that your notifications are turned on, your demographics are filled out completely, and you are checking your dashboard throughout the day for surveys that aren't emailed out. If you would like further assistance, please open a support ticket through your dashboard so our support team can take a look at your account to see if there is a different issue.

We’re sorry you’re having trouble getting into your account. Your earnings stay with your original account, and PaidViewpoint does not take them away. If the password reset email isn’t arriving, please check your spam folder and make sure you’re using the email address you registered with. If it still doesn’t come through, email [email protected] and our team will help you regain access. If email issues keep you out of your original account, we can transfer the earnings from the old account to a new one. That is standard procedure for these situations and not an attempt to take what you’ve earned.

Hi Lina, We're sorry you feel treated unfairly. Our records show that your first account was closed by you, not by us. Several more accounts were opened after that for a total of 6 accounts, and you had already been warned that additional accounts would lead to all accounts being banned and rewards forfeited. We apply that policy the same way for every member. Our support team has sent you a full explanation by email.

Hi António, We’re sorry to see this, but we stand by how your account was handled. Survey availability depends on account standing, not on your balance. Logins from outside your registered location go against our Terms of Service and affect your standing, which in turn limits the surveys you receive. We explained that to you multiple times through your support ticket and by email, and it was not an attempt to keep you from reaching the payout threshold. PaidViewpoint has paid out millions to members since 2012, and location verification exists to keep the platform fair for everyone, including the clients who commission our surveys.

Hi Neil. We understand the frustration of having an account flagged, but we want to address the fraud claim directly. We don't suspend accounts without cause. When our system flags a set of accounts as likely duplicates, we ask for documentation so we can verify and, where appropriate, reinstate the correct account. We can't share the specific methods behind that process, since doing so would make it easier to work around our verification going forward. Protecting that process is what keeps evaluations fair for everyone on the platform. In this case, documentation was requested but not provided, so we weren't able to complete the review. If you'd have supporting documents you're willing to share, please email [email protected] and the support team will be happy to review your account for reinstatement. Regards, Bri.

Hi Nanie. We're sorry to hear the wait for surveys has been frustrating. Survey volume depends entirely on what our clients order and whether you match the demographic they're researching, so timing can vary. On location: our clients are often researching very specific demographics, sometimes down to the ZIP code, so your location helps us match you to the surveys they're targeting. It also helps us verify that each account belongs to a real individual, which protects the integrity of the platform for all members. We're sorry your experience with our support team didn't meet your expectations. If you'd like us to look into your account directly, please open a support ticket from your dashboard.

We're sorry to hear your experience left you feeling this way, John. PaidViewpoint is not a scam, but we understand the confusion around lower-paying surveys. The 3 cent surveys are our Trait Surveys. These help us learn more about you as a member, but they aren't commissioned by clients, so they will always be lower earning. Research Surveys are where you'll see higher pay because they are directly funded by our clients. Availability of Research Surveys depends on factors like your TraitScore, completed demographics, and login consistency. If you only saw one trait survey, either you weren't logging in consistently enough for the platform to register you as active, or there was an issue with your account. If you'd like the team to review your account, please open a support ticket from your dashboard for assistance.
