Complete rip off. They say there watches are waterproof but they are not. My watch had water ingress after a one minute swim. And they give me no refund because they say that there 100m waterproof watch is not made for swimming. Warning Warning rip off company.

Absolutely fantastic. The watch I ordered came within two weeks. Fantastic tracking. Watch is the best homage watch I’ve ever seen this is my second pagani watch, but this is the updated model with stainless steel construction, aluminium bezel, Synthetic sapphire dial window(m AR AF Coating which is a fantastic upgrade and top SEIKO NH34 GMT automatic movement. Why spend thousands when you could have this spectacular well built watch I’m happy with my purchase thank you Pagani. I’ll be buying more

I ordered my watch back in early January and it took about 2 weeks to arrive to Norway. Happy with the watch and pagani.design

I have ordered the Pagani Day-date silver watch (paganidesignstore.com) & I'm waiting for long time almost 2 & half weeks. Until ordering the watch, there was good response & message was very quick in Instagram. Once order confirmed there is no proper communication. Avoiding the Instagram text, no mail response either. Very poor support. Im waiting for the order still, totally disappointing. Really worried, harden money which I wanted to buy a first watch.

Nous avons acheté en ligne sur PAGANI Luxury et il est impossible de les contacter suite à un problème avec le bracelet ...l'adresse mail qu'ils donnent ne fonctionne pas et il n'y a aucun autre moyen de les contacter !!! donc si quelqu'un de chez eux me lit merci de me dire comment vous contacter et quel SAV proposez-vous ???

Beware. I ordered the 'moonwatch' watch on 3 December 2022 from paganidesignstore.com and not shipped 4 weeks later. When I contacted the support email address listed on that website the repeated response was that it was not their store. In limbo now wondering if I'll ever receive the watch I paid for and no way to follow up or recover my money it seems. Update: three more weeks since first review, still no moonwatch. Update 2: 13 weeks after ordering, watch arrived. Nice watch. Be prepared to wait and put up with unsatisfactory customer service in the meantime.

Great watch for the price ! Resistant, waterproof, accurate. If Grolex could make a watch like that...
