Ho ordinato orologio e alcuni accessori. All arrivo del pacco dopo una decina di giorni l’orologio una volta messo al polso risulta con movimento rotto. (È un automatico) provo a tenerlo una giornata perché si ricarichi ma nulla. Cerco di mettermi in contatto con il servizio clienti chiedendo un cambio e un reso. Spoiler, nessuna etichetta di reso mai arrivata , centinaia di mail dove mi viene chiesto di mandare foto video dell orologio e poi mai più ricevuta una risposta. Contestazione formale, alla quale mi chiedono di non rispondere più .. ad oggi sono passate 3 settimane, oltre ad ingannarmi i soldi , anche la bugia di dire che hanno preso in carico la richiesta. Ad oggi hanno addirittura smesso di rispondere. Non vi fidate, sono veramente pessimi nel modo più assoluto! Allegherei gli screen delle mail per farli rendere conto della loro serietà ..

The Pagani Design (Pagani Watches) store and website use false information and tricks to deceive customers. At the time of purchase, they explicitly guarantee that shipping to European Union countries is handled from a warehouse within the EU to avoid any customs duties. However, this is completely false. They shipped my order directly from China. Due to this deceptive and misleading information, the package is now held at customs, and I am being forced to pay huge customs fees that should never have applied. To make matters worse, their customer support is unacceptable: 1. They refuse to issue an immediate refund, even though the mistake was entirely theirs for lying about the shipping origin. 2. They claim they will "analyze the refund" but refuse to take any responsibility for the customs fees caused by their own deception. 3. They are trying to hold onto both my money and the products simultaneously. This company does not comply with fair trade regulations and openly violates EU consumer protection rights by attracting customers through misleading advertising. If you live in Europe, do not buy from them unless you want to deal with endless headaches and pay double the price in hidden taxes. A shameful service.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - Pagani Design is a scam. Do not water your money or time as they will not provide returns details even if you contact them in time as I did. Their watches are substandard and dangerous due to sharp edges on bracelets. Clearly, of concern as a parent as I do not want my son to be harmed due to PD poor quality watches. I emailed PD in time yet they have not provided details for the return. As a lawyer I am more than happy to deal with PD in an appropriate manner. I will happily assist other disgruntled buyers free of charge to complain and gain legal redress. To provide some perspective and evidence that I did in fact engage with these scammers I will add my latest email to PD which includes the only response from PD; reassuring me that my complaint and request for a refund will be prioritised. lol. Ari simply sent one email and stated “ I’m really sorry you’ve had to chase this. I’m going to flag your case so it gets the attention it deserves, since you’re requesting a free returns label and a full refund based on safety concerns for your order.” However, I have heard nothing since. The watch is of poor quality and likely to cause cuts to the wrist if worn due to sharp edges. Other watches with similar poor quality dangerous straps should not be sold by PD. Kindly provide a free returns label to resolve the issue without further delay. In the past I have purchased PD watches on several occasions for my son. I ordered the above watch and must ask for a full refund. The watch has quite sharp edges and may cause physical harm to the wrist if worn. It is a dangerous and may cut my son’s wrist. The watch is in the condition as sent and unworn and I agree to return the original box etc. kindly provide returns details for the UK. As a past customer I would expect a free returns package. I will retain photos to show the item is in the same condition as sent. I look forward to your early response and returns package as my previous emails have been ignored. I must say that if you fail to respond in a timely manner and provide the free returns label and follow up with a full refund I will exercise my right to publicise my bad experience online. Receive the watch and decided to return so contacted the advice email and the automated message to confirmed I was unable to return the watch because we'd had it 14 days we'd had the watch one day we had just received it my young duped completely warning to all buyers it might say you can return your goods but when you try it's only an automated email which keeps providing the same response. buyer's y beware do not use this company

Acquisto un PD1888 con ordine #47850022055; serie limitata cassa numero769/1000. Dopo pochi mesi iniziano grossi problemi di precisione, 4 miniti al giorno. A volte fa salti di 2 ore; corona dura e problemi con la regolazione oraria. Apro un claim in garanzia, invio foto e video richisti. Ottengo risposte vaghe.Insisto proponendo di inviare l'orologio ad un service autorizzato e farmi carico della spesa di revisione. La proposta finale è rimpiazzare l'orologio con uno non numerato. Pessima esperienza, da evitare assolutamente
