I had a great experience order from Packlane. First, they had a standard price bump at the beginning of the month, and when I contact customer service to ask if that was why my price changed on my saved project, they said it was, but they would honor the original price from when I started my design (which was easy, by the way - but I wanted to get it just right)! The turn around was about what you could expect for a custom printed item and there were no issues with delivery, though they did come in multiple completely different shaped boxes - one which was awkward for a 5 ft tall woman to lug inside. =P The color was bit off from my preview, however they say this over and over again on their website that this may happen and how to take measures to avoid it. We're talking a minor small shade difference, though. I will order again when in need!

I've used Packlane over the last few months and have been pleased with the results. I was really looking for a decent company that could help me easily create custom boxes for my subscription business, but Packlane was more than just decent. Their turn-around time is great and I love how I can always check on the status of my order. Their database also relieves the hassle of having to start form scratch every time that I need to order boxes - I can just simply reorder with the click of a button. This saves me immense amounts of time. And there are no hidden costs. I can budget my orders without worrying about breaking the bank. (With some companies, you think, "Oh no, I need to get more supplies! How much will it cost me this time?.) I would highly recommend Packlane, especially to newbies such as myself.

Then I found Packlane and thanks to them I were able to design and order my fully customized box all under 30 minutes. Then I received the box and the results where amazing.
