I was a little scared to try this at first. Then I realized that I could really design something that made sense, you know, from my imagination to the screen. Then with very little effort learned some advanced techniques and it really began to take form. I got my box to a place where I was happy and I then ordered a minimum number to see what would happen. About a week later they showed up to my front door. I opened the package and I was, and still am, delighted. I plan to do more at Packlane soon, because it was easy, fun, and I loved the results.

Packlane was extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire order experience. They made sure we met our deadline and were so nice throughout the whole process. I can't wait to work with them again!

In looking for a company to create custom boxes for my merchandise I found many restrictions due to the fact that I AM a small company. Packlane allowed me to order a minimum amount of boxes which was great for my budget. My main recommendation regarding Packlane is their willingness to go above and beyond to get me what I needed. There was some confusion regarding an order and my timeline became very tight. The team at Packlane came through, were always available with updates, and got my boxes to me on time. Would highly recommend working with them!

Placing my order with Packlane was truly a seamless and enjoyable experience. From being able to adjust and customize the size of the package to seeing a dynamic and digital proof on my screen as I was designing the package, I was really blown away by their beautifully designed website and their simple UX. It was a great experience! And to top it all off they provided amazing customer service with quick responses and truly over the top help. I had originally placed my order for 170 packages. But I decided last min to increase my order to 500. So they took the time to cancel my old order and set up a new order for me, all I had to do was check out. Most companies I've ordered from made me go back through and do the whole process over again, which is just an inconvenience. It was just a very nice way to deal with the change in my order in this way. Regardless, I seriously can't wait to get these in my hands! I reached out to this company with concerns about when I could receive my custom packages. They responded within an hour and worked through the best options for me. The interface for designing your custom package is the best out there.

I was researching packaging providers for my subscription box and luckily came across packlane. There low minimums and amazing website were a blessing from above. As long as their customer service and delivery times stay just as awesome, I don't see why I'd get my packaging from anywhere else.
