Ordered custom boxes from Packlane with our company logo. The logo that was printed was extremely blurry and low quality. Reached out to customer support for a free reprint and was met with a stonewall. They blamed our company and said that when they created proof of product they noted it was low quality and emailed us. They justified intentionally printing low quality products and fulfilling the order anyways by saying we did not respond to their notice in time. After reading other reviews, it is clear that the company has a pattern of not owning up to their own mistakes. No surprise to me now that they saw an opportunity to milk our business for more money to reprint boxes because they already took our money and now will not refund it either. If you order from Packlane you better pray they get the order right otherwise you're on your own.

My order was never delivered. I had to send 3 e-mails before receiving a response. The response simply claimed it had been delivered... but I still don't have my order?

Don't waste your time with this company. I went back and forth with them to try and get a few thousand boxes. They eventually just stop answering so I reached out using their chatbot and a rep told me they'd have someone reach out to me again. Someone else did reach out, and eventually ghosted me too. There's no phone support and the reps will just stop replying out of nowhere. Don't waste a second of your valuable with this company. Yes, they have a professional website - but all the people behind that website are nowhere near professional. Look elsewhere!!!

Brutal costumer service! Orders are regularly late and there is NO phone customer service. I have lost a LOT of money waiting for these boxes that are delivered late. Customer service must be done over chat which has poor hours of service. On top of it all the print quality is terrible and inconsistent and they do nothing when a batch is printed differently than others. Dofinitelt go elsewhere

This company has a great product, but their internal systems are so fouled up it makes doing business impossible. You cannot order multiple boxes on the same order, you need to go through customer service to do that. There are no white label services. I tried to reorder something, and could not do that via the website either. The design tool is buggy. The worst part is that they dont have a phone!! Yes - all communication is via email only. If you need a gift box for your birthday party - probably fine - but for business, go elsewhere.

We went with these guys, even though they were more expensive than other options, because they promised to have a fast turnaround time. They promised to have our boxes to us by dec 21. Didn’t happen. Then they said dec 27. Didn’t happen. Then they said Jan 2. Then it was Jan 3. Still don’t have our product, despite paying for expediting. Talked to their COO who was about as rude and unapologetic as they come. Definitely won’t go with them again.

How people can give a positive review is beyond me. They completely messed up our shipping deadline. They claimed some "production issues" and they were late for almost a week. The outer boxes are still not here. The quality is beyond hilarious. it's the cheapest packaging I've ever seen and the customer service is just non existent. They.Don't.Care!!!

In the image of the boxes I created and approved,y boxes were dark yes, but you could see the logo, but when the boxes arrived, they were all black and you can't see the logo at all, so I paid all of this money for plain custom black boxes. Most companies would have contacted me or made adjustments following what they saw. It was a waste of money.
