I was looking a various company packaging services online for my first custom boxes. The third website I came across was PACKLANE. And what first caught my eye is how the buyer can make a live custom box, various dimensions, and visualize it 3D. It baffled me, and made me want to purchase right away. Then the customer service experience was very helpful, and timely when I ordered from them! I will definitely be using PACKLANE again and again!

Perfect quality boxes even when my pictures were low quality! Unbeatable price! :)

They took the time to inform me that my images would come out blurry in the state they were in. Most companies would have simply printed my boxes, despite my dissatisfaction, but not Packlane! I am so obsessed with my boxes, they arrived as advertised and my customers love them too!

We started shipping gifts to our new hires to help us make a great first impression and welcome them to our Bank. With so many decorative boxes being used these days I thought it was be awesome if we could do the same! The design process was wonderfully easy - I simply typed in the dimensions I wanted & then uploaded/created the text & imagery for each face of the box. We went back and forth with support a few times but this was just to ensure that the print quality of our images was high enough for the size of our project - the correspondence was always very prompt and friendly! Our custom box turned out amazingly well and I can't wait to use it for our next new hire welcome package! Thank you, Packlane! Jenny, Director of HR

I had a great experience with Packlane. Service was quick, efficient and accurate and the boxes turned out beautifully! I was a little worried before they arrived because the prices and minimums are so reasonable but the quality was very high and the printing was excellent. We've had several people comment on the nice quality of the boxes and have been exceptionally happy with the end prodct.

Packlane is a class act – after we approved the proof early on, they shipped ahead of schedule and still got here before it was supposed to even WITH weather delays. The boxes are richly colored and sturdy. Will DEFINITELY be working with them again.

I was really nervous about ordering my first set of boxes from any company. However, after researching all of my options, Packlane seemed to be the only choice for me. The setup was so easy and it came extremely fast. I can't say enough how much I love my boxes. I have been getting compliments from all of my supporters and I've already referred friends and other business owners. The pricing was budget friendly and I really don't think you can beat these prices with this level of customization. I will be ordering again and again and again.
