Excellent company! First class service and product. Paid for fast production time for 1-3 days and it was done the next day, shipped out and we received our order one week earlier than we had to have. No extra shipping fees had to be paid! Boxes looked great and good quality. Will definitely be using them again!

Packlane (Mike T. specifically) is the absolute best! We are an established subscription box company but have been DIYing our packaging for 2 years. It was time for a major upgrade. We did our research and finally settled on Packlane after reaching out to a few competitors. We chose Packlane because of their flexible model, value, and proximity to our HQ. I thought all box companies would be nearly indistinguishable from each other, but now I know that's not the case. Mike T. was the first person who replied to our inquiry and he has been diligently working with us since the first interaction. Every question and request we have about quotes, box specs, artwork, shipping, he has answered thoroughly and with a sense of urgency that I really appreciate as a startup owner. We had a special situation where our company was invited to showcase our product as a large national retailer shareholder event. Mike T. went out of his way to help us figure out how to make it happen by guiding us through how to expedite our print so that our new boxes could be featured at the event. I could go on and on with examples of how Mike T. has gone above and beyond my expectations. I hope that Packlane realizes how much of a gem they have on their customer service team! Thank you!

We absolutely LOVE Packlane. We've been really happy with the quality of our boxes (2 different custom designs with custom box sizes and printing plates) as well as with the excellent customer service. The pricing is super competitive (it was cheaper to buy from Packlane and ship to us than to go with any local box supplier) and the quality is great! For our last order we needed a really fast turn around, and Packlane really came through for us!
