Upon attempting to place my order ,I had issues with site that would not move to the next step after I entered my die line information. I contacted customer support ,had the privilege of getting Krista. She is AMAZING! I honestly felt like I was speaking with a family member; that's just how concerned ,helpful,and went beyond the beyond to help me,and not just with that, because after we got that squared away there was another issue with my images. Krista again was there every step of the way ,and we're talking about days of her checking the resends and letting me know what was wrong ,what needed to be done ( unfortunately my designer wasn't getting it right), sent examples, I mean when I say AMAZING ,I mean it from my core! I really could go on & on ,but I just end by saying this , I've had A LOT of customer service interactions in my life ,some good ,some bad, but Krista is by far shot right to number ONE! Whatever the company is paying her ,you NEED to triple it,promote her, or give some kind of amazing bonus,because she represented Pack lane as if she owned it ,if not better!😊 Thanks again Krista!!!!!

I was at first hesitant to order custom boxes when starting my stationery subscription box company love + paper box. After all, every dollar counts when you are starting. Boy am I happy I took the plunge and started with custom boxes from Packlane. My boxes are bright pink, and my customers LOVE them. I had a lot of issues designing them due to my own issues with photoshop, because I wanted to use custom fonts. However, their design team was extremely patient and went back and forth with me until I git it right and they could produce exactly what I wanted. And they did - the boxes came out perfect!!! They also have a rewards program so you can get a discount. I am confident that at least in my industry, the look of my boxes and that first impression in my marketing made all the difference if why I had a very successful first launch.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. If companies want to take notes on what excellent customer service looks like, Packlane takes the cake. With their reasonable prices and easy to use website, they are quite the triple threat!

Everyone I worked with at Packlane from designing to ordering the boxes got back to me very quickly, and with a wealth of information for someone using this type of service for the first time.
