Ordered boxes in the past and tried to reorder but the old templates were no longer available. They sent me the templates and I could not edit it and had to start over. I started over and ordered the boxes and tried to match the color to the old boxes through the computer screen. They have no PMS matching colors only CYMK values that they did not supply on the old order. I ordered new boxes and the color is way off. It's hard to tell from a computer screen the exact colors in CYMK (if they don't provide that from the old order). Contacted support and they basically what they printed matched what was ordered on the computer screen and I could re-order the boxes on my own dime...so basically..SOL. I like the quality of the boxes but for returning customer I was very disappointed with the color of the printing.

Horrific customer service. Had the most frusterating experience throughout our entire order process. Customer service takes so long to reply via email and when you can actually get ahold of customer service on the phone, they say they will call back with no info and then you just never hear back. I would recommend NOT using them if your order needs to arrive by a specific date.

I would never recommend. Their boxes are poorly made and do not close. If they do close, the box looks like it was mangled. I will never be ordering from here again. Such a hard loss for my small business too.

They've been hiding something from their customers: they were acquired. Since Nov 2022 their boxes come from Packola, the lower quality alternative (go read their reviews!). I went with Packlane in the first place to avoid this company! Their boxes are much flimsier than before. It's very unfortunate, a good trustworthy company down the drain.

Deplorable customer service. I spent hours and hours of my time trying to order a box. What a waste of time. I could've got the order. Placed in 3 to 5 minutes if they have a customer service phone line but they don't. I've chatted with eight or nine people. Now I'm trying to get this box ordered every time you get another person on chat you gotta explain the situation all over again. If you even navigate to another page on the website, you just close the chat, you gotta start all over again with somebody else. I had a problem uploading my design into the template would've taken like I said just a minute or two that have somebody help me with this order. I really don't recommend this company.

The first time I ordered everything was fine but the second order was completely messed up. I added one item to my original box and they totally messed it up. There was image doubling and plain white flaps with grease splotches. There is no way to reach them via phone. It took several days for anyone to respond to an email and now it’s been nearly two weeks and still I haven’t been refunded and a replacement order hasn’t been sent to me. I had to open a case on PayPal. And the whole experience has been excruciating especially since I need product Boxes.

In short, the printing done on our 150 custom mailers was so blurry I thought I was going blind. I should also mention the quality is terrible - the box would likely get torn to shreds on the back of a UPS truck. Completely impossible to reach anyone to rectify the order. Makes sense why they don't send proofs! It's a scam hidden behind pleasing DTC branding. I'm stuck with $500 in useless boxes.

I recently left the review below for Packlane. I was told in the response that someone would contact me to discuss the issues. I have yet to be contacted by anyone. This is kind of company you are dealing with when you use Packlane!! Here is the original review: One star is too much. Packlane is by far the most difficult company I have ever had to work with. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them for a few years and I have had problems with every department I have dealt with. From start to finish. The quality of the boxes has been terrible (although it has improved over the years), the way they have structured their rewards program will never benefit the customer in any way), their customer service is brutal with no one to speak to on the weekends at all, they can't handle the busy holiday season and orders take a long time to arrive, they don't honour their deadlines for delivery dates and find no fault in themselves when orders are late, they don't offer proper compensation when orders are late or printed incorrectly. The design process is very unhelpful and very specific formatting is required which makes it frustrating being a business owner - not a box designer. I haven't changed the design of my boxes because I am terrified of the awful experience I will have with the design team. These are a few of the reasons I really dislike this company and get a knot in my stomach every time I have to deal with them.
