I have grown to love Packlane! In the beginning I was put off by their prices, however, over time and after trying other manufacturers, I realized you absolutely get what you pay for. The Packlane boxes are a quality product! They also have the most amazing customer service! I would 1000% recommend trying Packlane

This is has been a great experience as usual. This was my 3rd order and I had some issues with resolution. Jeanne made me feel like I was her only customer. Very patient and answered in a timely fashion. The GIFs in the email calmed my frustration I was having with my artwork. Krista and Cameron stepped in after hours to answer me if Jeanne was away. Talk about team work! I know there are many options for mailers. I'm glad I chose this one!!! On to my next order!!! Thank you 😊

Packlane representative was extremely professional and provided genuinely helpful assistance. I felt like I was actually interacting with a person, instead of a robot --which was nice!

Perfect is an understatement! I had a few issues with my artwork and know NOTHING about files and different formats. Not only was the customer service from Jeanne AWESOME, it only took two emails to get it fixed and did not slow up my delivery time. I would really like to thank Packlane and their team for giving a very personable first experience. I will ALWAYS order with Packlane!
