I have not received my boxes yet, but my first experience with Packlane has been extremely positive! Jeanne from PrePress Support has been incredible and patient answering all of my questions and even catching issues that I hadn’t even seen to make sure my product will look as perfect as possible! She has made all changes quickly and I had immediate replies to my emails. I feel like I have a true partner in this process and I am so excited to see how the boxes turn out! Jeanne made me feel like I was dealing with a local printer in person...alleviated all of my concerns using a large online company! Thank you Jeanne!!!

Great customer service and patience as I was making changes to my artwork. They also provided me with several detailed proofs on changes I needed to make to ensure the best quality product. I think lots of other printing places would just print your product, and wouldn't take the extra time to check the quality of your artwork. Jeanne at PrePress was very helpful and patient with me. I would recommend Packlane to anyone!

I don’t leave reviews often but it’s well deserved in Packlane’s case. The ordering process was simple and the design interface was very easy to navigate. Their design team was helpful and quick to make any adjustments after my submission and the final product looks great! The boxes and ink used are quality and they fit together perfectly. The real motivation for my review, however, came after I had a few issues with my order (one of which wasn’t even Packlane’s fault). Packlane didn’t hesitate for a moment to make everything right and I received exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Harper was particularly friendly and helpful. As a first time customer, it was nice to know that not only was the product a quality one but the customer service was top notch should I have any issues in the future. Well done Packlane. I look forward to working with you again!
