This is my 2nd order with Packlane. When I submitted my vector file, I got an alert that the image was blurry due to the resolution. I reached out for some clarification and connected with Brandy. For the next few days Brandy helped me tirelessly through multiple iterations, answering all my questions and helping me improve the quality of my proof. What I appreciated most was how prompt Packlane support was to aid me in getting my design just right, and how patient and detailed they were throughout the process. As part of my work I come across many packaging companies and Packlane is definitely one of my top go-to spots for specialty packaging

I really enjoyed working with Packlane to create my subscription box. It was easy to upload my own custom design. I loved the approval process as it allowed me to see what the box would really look like. My order was estimated to come between Feb 5 and Feb 22. It came in January! I was very impressed!

I've been using packlane for over a year now for all of my custom gift boxes. Their prices are great, and their turn around time is very competitive (even at very busy times like fourth quarter). Their customer service is also really good at working with the customer to fix an issues.
