Packlane has incredible customer service and BEAUTIFUL products. We are so happy!

The design tool on the website was very easy to use. The proof was sent to us very quickly for approval. Shipping and delivery were a week ahead of schedule! Our design was exactly as displayed online. We are very happy with our purchase and can't wait to get these boxes into circulation.

Jeanne was great. I went through quite a few revisions and she was extremely patient, helpful, and polite. Excellent customer service! I am very grateful. I can’t wait to receive the finished product.

Switch to pack lane on a recommendation and so happy I did. Extremely fast service. I received my order 3 weeks before schedule. Looking forward to doing much more business with them.

We are brand new customers of Packlane and would already recommend them to anyone who asks. We ordered boxes for our new company and we had a flawless experience from start to finish. Who knew that ordering corrugated cardboard boxes could be so enjoyable.

Customer service exceeded my expectations‼️ Thanks to Jeanna an Brandy much love xx
