Snacks were reasonably priced and enjoyed, shipping was a bit surprising but nothing unreasonable. It showed up within the delivery window despite the COViD-19 madness right now which was a big relief given it was for someone in healthcare. I will definitely be continuing to use for care package needs, hopefully products will rotate too!!

You verified this over the phone and the tracking information indicates the same. You contacted us 4 months after the order was placed to notify us of the issue and request a full refund. Things could be cheaper but the service is useful and accurate. Also they tend to have fast shipping.
