Never again! They ask preffered day to have delivered for what? If it completely gets there when ever. Was promised Monday delivery, then was told Wednesday nothing now they say Thursday!!! Wow when???

Super easy to use program. Pretty good set of choices that make it fun to put together a personalized package to go to your intended receiver. I liked this option compared to its competitors because the price was cheaper and the setup was simple. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family!

This was my firsts time using Package Penguin. I sent this to my brother and sister in law who had been under the weather since they had moved to a new state. I was a bit disappointed that there were payment issues and I was not informed so as to correct it so as a result they got the package later than I had anticipated. I wish there had been better communication to inform a potential customer that their payment information had some problems. Other than that hiccup I would recommend the Package Penguin. They were quick about responding to my inquiry about my initial order and offered me a 20% discount on a future order. It seems to be the only company that lets you build your own package. I liked that alot! It was also fun to put together. I look forward to building another one for friends or family. :)

I was very happy with the contents, everything came on time and in fhe way that I wanted it. I would definitely use this service again.

My daughter really enjoyed receiving all the goodies. She is expecting and is not near family so a little TLC was needed. A special box for mommies-to-be would be nice.
