Called in today to try and get a package that showed delivered by Amazon with a picture of it going into the locker. Rodrigo was very helpful and got everything taken care of professionally and in a very timely manner. Best customer service I've had in a while. Thank y'all

The refund experience with many companies has proved to be tedious and painstaking. But not this time. It was simple smooth transparent and quickly resolved, valuing each others time. I had to suddenly fly cross country because my dad was in the ER. I started receiving notifications about an unexpected package. My card starts getting charged. Of course, now that I'm back I can't retrieve whatever the package is I've been charged for. I get people not picking up packages is a problem but charging for it is NOT the way. It's gross. Beyond that their website feels it's from the 90's, which does not inspire confidence in data security.
