J.V, we do not force anyone to use our service and are disappointed that the situation made you feel that way. To ensure all residents at your property have a place where packages can be delivered, the onsite team had our automated solution installed. However, if you prefer not to use this amenity in the future, you can simply get in touch with them to make sure you have an alternate way to receive package deliveries based on their processes. Apartment communities that have selected our automated package locker solutions often instruct the delivery carriers like UPS, FedEx and USPS of delivery processes they want to occur on their property; and especially during this pandemic, onsite teams have been working very hard to protect their residents by limiting visitor traffic. Many properties like yours are being overrun with the number of packages being delivered every day and so have elected to provide their residents with an access-controlled package room. This contactless solution also provides added security for residents by directing the dozens of delivery carriers that come by every day to one central location.
