Great staff, inconsiderate co-working mates
The staff is really outstanding. They deserve 5 stars. The reason I give it 3 stars is because the co-working area is loud. There are several teams that use the space throughout the week and they don't really care that there are other users trying to work. Despite the fact that there is literally a phone booth available two feet away, certain people won't use it. I don't like being confrontational so for me this is challenging. I'm testing the co-working area before making a commitment of a dedicated office so we'll see how it goes for now.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We strive to keep the noise level to a minimum, but as with many coworking spaces, there will be groups at times that need to have discussions, which does raise the noise level. If you need privacy most of the time, a dedicated office may be the better solution for you, but testing the coworking area is a good and economical way to find out what you prefer, so you're on the right track! We appreciate your honest feedback and are so glad you think our staff deserves 5 stars.

The facility was professionally…
The facility was professionally maintained and the receptionist was pleasant & helpful. My only complaint was the level of noise from the hallway. I was recording an investigative interview and there was too much background noise.

Hi Jeffrey. Sorry the background noise was disruptive. We try to offer as much privacy in our meeting rooms and guest offices but sometimes the walls can never be thick enough! Thanks for the feedback. Things like this are helpful for us to make note of as we are always making changes/upgrades to our spaces.

Facilities are excellent
Facilities are excellent, and the staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use Pacific Workplaces again if the need arises to do so.

It was "fine"
It was "fine". I had purchased a Day Pass, which means you have access to a shared working space. The shared working space was empty and clean, so they did the bare minimum. This merits a "3" rating. However the staff treat you poorly and clearly do not want you there. The floor was ghostly empty and there was a negative vibe. Few amenities.

Hi Daniel, I'm sorry for your lackluster experience with us. That particular location does have a smaller coworking area. So sorry about it feeling "empty." If the staff gave a poor impression that is certainly not our intent so we sincerely apologize. We have another coworking space in downtown San Jose if you are open to giving us another shot. It's on 97 South 2nd Street (NextSpace Coworking). Perhaps you can try it out and see if it's a better fit. Thanks for your feedback and we will strive to improve in the future.

The staff was great
The staff was great, the offices were fine. The reason it's only 3 stars is the wifi was very intermittent and wifi is essential.
