Very clean workspace, the staff were very professional, and everything was very easy to use. The only issue I have is that we were done about an hour earlier than what I reserved the room for and I was not provided with a refund on my unused time. Their rationale was that I had booked the room for three hours of time. I get it, that's an hour that someone else could have used after me, but in reality I paid for their time to clean and sanitize the room for the next appointment. They would have guaranteed me as a returning customer had they provided a return of $25, per their hourly rate for the smallest room. This is the first workspace i have encountered that has not provided a refund on unused time.

At this point everything is right on time.

They are really friendly and I was satisfied with the space. I was conducting interviews and they were really helpful with the process I really appreciate them.

It is very popular and attracts many people, all because of its high reputation. I think it is organized competently.

Pacific Workplaces in San Mateo has been the home for my office for the last five years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The managing staff ~ Becky & Luetta ~ are warm, professional, helpful & easily accessible. They present a welcoming presence to clients as soon as they enter the space, and are awesome representatives of the caliber of the PW staff. The office space is well appointed and spacious. The common areas & reception foyer present a professional appearance for clients. The conference rooms are comfortable and attractively furnished and the on site booking system is easy to use. The location is very convenient ~ close to both Highways 101 & 92 & very easy for clients to locate. The leasing cost is extremely reasonable, and includes conference room monthly hours. During Covid-19, the staff scanned my mail, emailed it to me and this made it very easy for me to “keep up” with current correspondence during the pandemic. Overall, the San Mateo Pacific Workplaces office is an ideal location for a professional & business-oriented space and I would not hesitate to lease an office here, now or in the future.

Clean and really great decor. Great space for coworking!

We are grateful that staff was friendly & helpful, and we loved that the conference room was clearly marked with 6 feet distances and that health & safety precautions were in place.
