Not clear on google listings
Paid for service , then they wanted more money for a google listing and claimed it would interfere with their listing

Unfortunately, Google states that virtual office and coworking memberships are not eligible for businesses to list on Google My Business. This is why we also offer memberships that enable you to meet the eligibility Google requires. We promise we aren’t making this up – nor are we out to “nickle and dime” you for our services. Google’s exact language is as follows: If your business rents a physical mailing address but doesn't operate out of that location, also known as a virtual office, that location is not eligible for a Business Profile on Google. Businesses can't list an office at a co-working space unless that office maintains clear signage, receives customers at the location during business hours, and is staffed during business hours by your business staff. NextSpace is THE BEST co-working space…
NextSpace is THE BEST co-working space experience I've had. And believe me, I used to have a WeWork seat up in SF. Adam Xeno is the MVP that makes me feel at home whenever I'm there. Amanda is also super helpful and buzzes me in whenever I forget my keycard - which happens 2-3 times per week. The place is clean, dog-friendly (made a few doggo friends), and I love getting to interact w/ folks from different backgrounds working on cool projects. If you're in Santa Cruz County, this is the best co-working space out here.

Staff is always excellent
Staff is always excellent. Pac Workplaces SF was recommended to me and I have recommended it to several other people.

My experience was perfect
My experience was perfect! The office was really nice, and the personnel were very professional, helpful and kind. The office was easy to access. I have rented other office spaces, so I have a point of comparison.

Excellence
Our recent visit to Pacific Workplaces was wonderful. The only person we spoke with was at the front desk and she was very nice, professional and helpful. She even helped us locate a great restaurant for lunch. The room was very clean. Thank you!
