All was handled very well by on-site staff manager Travis. My only concern is that my office seems not to be able to set over 70 degrees --- not a killer deal but annoying. Thanks --- John Smith

Hi John. So sorry about the temperature issues in your office. Thermostats are always tricky in a shared office environment. I've forwarded this over to Travis and our Reno team so they have more visibility on the matter. We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback.
