Pacific WorkplacesReviews of pacificworkplaces.com

Comcast was doing some work in my neighborhood, and my internet was out. So I needed to find an alternative workspace, fast. I wanted something private, with great WiFi and good lighting. I found their location in Pac Heights (not too far from me), and booked a private office around 7am for that same day. I showed up at 9:30am, and it was great! Exactly what I needed, plus coffee + snacks which I didn't expect and was such a nice touch.

Working in this office makes me feel like I am not just renting a place but working with others in the same building supported by the excellent staff (Beth, Sophia and Lucia). I feel very safe and comfortable while I am in the office.

Offers great person -to-person support and warm service. Promotes a spirit of community with regular social hours and events for clients to mingle. In a post-COVID world, when we have all been digitalized and made remote, PW management creates a welcome atmosphere in which we can recover a person-to-person culture.

I have been with them twice, leaving for another company years ago due to the high price of City of San Mateo business licenses. Came back several years ago regardless of city fees. They have helped me on several occasions for my government audit. These guys are the Emperor of the North Pole if you have seen the movie.

We’ve been using Pacific Workplaces for our company HQ for something like 15 years now. Wow! They have always been super helpful and easy to work with. Recommended!

We have had a wonderful experience renting space! Both Lauren and Montana have been amazing. They take fabulous care of us and we can't say enough positive things about how they have handled everything from beginning to now.

We have been a client of Pacificworkplace Cupertino for over 10 years and we have been very happy here. Beth and Sofia are beyond helpful with everything we need! I also love their happy hour and luncheons!

- A comfortable professional meeting place, online or face to face! It also provides a good mailing address!
