Pacificspins.com is one shady company. Dealt with multiple sites before and this is the worst by far. Terms and conditions not clear, says no deposit on some offers but u can't withdraw until you deposit. Then the maximum is the $50 cash out (and also minimum). So if you try cash out $51, you would think as per their own terms, you would get $50 to your bank and lose $1.this is not the case, if you don't get it exactly right with the $50, then they just get rid of the whole $51. They just delete it. And also, if you try take some out, then gamble the rest (after they said withdrawal accepted and jumped through the multiple hoops to get authorized), then they try to say that the $50 you left on there is the $50 that is to be credited but you have spent it. Plus only crypto withdrawals allowed. run from this company, they check all the scam boxes. Whether or not you agree with their terms and conditions, having the account saying "withdrawal accepted" and advising will be credited in 5 days, only to have to find out it has been declined (and not notified either), means you can't trust Pacific Spins as they just reply with "as per our terms and conditions" when really, I played through money AFTER I was told withdrawal was accepted. So it's nothing to do with terms, it's either a bad website or intentionally misleading. Also,max you can ever get out is $50 off bonuses so it's not worth anything.Put your money elsewhere where they actually payout. Took me 5 people to even get a straight answer today. I would rate it less than one if I could. I signed up and was told I’d receive 500 free spins, 50 a day. I received maybe 200. After trying for several days and asking about my missing spins, their support just kept saying I received everything and to make a deposit. When I would try and tell them I had not received 500 spins, they would cut the chat off. This happened with both the bot and live person. when I asked for a manager, I was kicked out of the site altogether. They do not honor their promotions at all. Find a reputable online casino so you don’t get ripped off. If this is how they handle new players who you would think they’d want to retain for the future, I can only imagine how they treat players who might actually win anything.
