So I was given free spins when I signed up. Let’s just say I end up hitting a jackpot for 3600 after meeting the wagering requirements I then was only allowed to keep $50 . I was then told to get that $50. I must get verified with my identity. Took me five days and i finally got verified. Can I get that $50? No I can’t. I never made an initial deposit first. Whatever initial deposit of 10 OK I’ll make the $10 deposit and I’ll get the $50. Nope you can’t do it now you’re not eligible because of violations you played restricted games what. They will not payout anybody that wins anything off anything free.So I’m telling you now , if you sign up and you win anything off the free spins , they will do everything in there power not to pay it. I was told by a couple of customer support agents that the $50 was mine and it would be good to go as soon as I get verified and then I came across a lady named Denise one of the customers support people and she was totally opposite from the rest. She was rude and misleading. And when I tried to state my case . She said we are done here and ended the chat.

Then he said (ID Card, Drivers License, Passport) Considering the fact that I’d already attempted to use my passport I asked them why it was not being accepted? Since it showed on the site it was an accepted form of identification and they didn’t even answer me. They just replied back saying once I submitted a new document that I would be approved. Well my drivers license is currently expired by a few months and I haven’t had the chance to go to the DMV and get a new one yet. So obviously my passport is my only valid form of identification right now. But they aren’t letting me use it and they won’t tell me any good reason why it was not accepted. They just ignore my question, and respond back with the same exact message that I need to resubmit my documents with another form of identification. These guys are shady. They make you jump through as many hoops as possible and just hope you’ll gamble away the money that you’re trying to withdraw. Told I don’t get the bonus because of the country in firstly. Did not find it in TC. Secondly when removing my account requested GDPR right to request removal of any of my personal information was refused. Companies are required to abide by GDPR in order to operate in regions that have GDPR the point blank refused. To delete my information and stated we don’t get rid of it even after your account is closed. Thankfully they have little more than a full name but I’d advise to not give this site the time of day. Better and more honest options out there. Deception at the start is a poor business model to work with
