My husband and I booked a 5 night package trip to Bora Bora for early July. Making the reservations were easy online working with one of their representatives. She answered all my questions when I had some along with working with me to make sure certain activities were on specific days. The LeMeridien was a fabulous resort with amazing views, water activities, and staff! The highlight of the trip was the stingray and shark trip. I highly recommend this activity. The package deal is the way to go on Bora Bora because everything is very expensive. The entire trip was wonderful. PacificIslands.com made traveling easy and enjoyable! I will definitely look into using them again traveling in that part of the world.

Our vacation was outstanding and couldn't have been this way without the great assistance from Pacific Islands agent Valerie. She listen and made great suggestions for the trip of a life time. I would 100% recommend Pacific Islands Travel Agency to anyone who is looking to go to the French Polynesian Islands for a vacation/holiday.

My husband and I booked a trip to Auckland, Sydney and Fiji through Pacific islands and all we can say is WOW! I felt like we got an amazing deal and the trip was fantastic! All documents - travel vouchers, visas, scheduled tours, airport transportation, hotels and itinerary were well detailed and easy to follow. There was contact information and phone numbers included as to who to contact in case of an issue. We experienced no issues. They were plenty of activities scheduled but ample time to explore on your own. We enjoyed all the hotels provided to us; the Scenic Hotel in Auckland, the Cambridge in Sydney and the Sheraton Resort in Fiji. Christen Murphy was my travel consultant and I loved working with her! There was usually a response to my questions within 24 hours. She quickly made changes to venues or activities upon my request. She was quick to notify me if an activity was unavailable and provided me with alternate activities. We are thrilled that we took a chance on Pacific Islands and Christen Murphy! We had excellent customer service and will be recommending them to family and friends and will be utilizing their services again.

Reservations as booked were flawless.my only suggestion would be to have agents be more knowledgeable about specific resorts. ie water conditions, snorkeling on site etc.

Excellent support in putting together the trip of a lifetime! My representative was very easy to work with, and very responsive to all of my questions along the way. We planned a 3 week trip,with lots of components and all of the logistics and reservations went off perfectly. The representative was quite knowledgeable about the area. All the details were in place, with no problems whatsoever. I did a lot of research on my own, before contacting Pacific Islands, so that helped get the itinerary squared away more easily. It was a great experience and I recommend this company and would use them again.

We got an amazing deal on our honeymoon to Bora Bora! Other couples there were asking us how much we spent, and when I told them about the deal we got they couldn't believe it! I would definitely use this site again!

Staff were extremely professional and responded to emails quickly. They were sure to send follow-up emails right away when there were any changes made to our scheduled activities. They were also great at searching for different flight options that would work with our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
