No stars. Ordered a shirt four months ago and I’ve lost my money. No shirt received, no tracking available - and no responses to the many emails I sent this “company.” Total scam.

Booked a trip to Fiji, Bora Bora, Tahiti & NZ over a year ago, which was planned and cancelled August 2020. It is December 27, 2020 and we have still not received a refund of ANY sort and they are unresponsive. We have not been given answers or any information on reality of when and how much we will be refunded. We were initially told to expect full refund in 90 days, which was October. We are extremely disappointed and very unhappy with the events that have occurred. We understand the problems faced due to the pandemic but a simple response with factual information would be appreciated. We are unable to move forward with the purchase of a house & other major life things without our refund. Their disconcern and lack of response is extremely aggrivating. The trip cancellation was known of over 6 months ago.

Booked a trip to Bora Bora for mid April, 2020. Its July and we have still not received a refund and they are unresponsive and not giving us any information on when and how much we will be refunded. It is very concerning.

I have used them twice and they are great. Never a problem. Elena is a Tahiti expert.

Unbelievable honeymoon for my wife and I. Many thanks to Valerie for all of her help. Thanks to her it was an unforgettable week in Tahitian paradise with no issues whatsoever! Would HIGHLY recommend working with her and will not hesitate to use pacificislands.com again on our next trip.

every tour and airport pick up was perfect and on time; hotels were just as advertised and great; service everywhere by tour operators was tip top! Would recommend!

Just amazing

We booked our 10 years Anniversary trip to Moorea/Bora Bora and Valerie was super amazing, helpful, answered all our questions from beginning to the end, we booked from Canada so dealing with a travel agent from the States, we were a little worried at first but Valerie made our trip very enjoyable. We had a little issue at Bora Bora and again she was right on it. Thank you, Valerie, for making our trip extra special, we will surely book again with you!
