PacificIslands.comReviews of pacificislands.com

Pacific islands did a great job booking our trip. Make sure you get the level of hotels you want. We made lots of suggestions of hotels we wanted instead of what was in the package. We asked for more upscale on some and to downgrade on others. They were a big help on the transportation and transfers needed

We had a wonderful trip. Everything was planned for us where to stay. We had so much fun. The car was great, some of the hotels weren't the best. But they were the best in the area. I want to go back to New Zealand.

I booked with Pacific Islands after seeing a Groupon offer to Australia. I contacted them about booking my dream vacation. I gave the consultant a list of places I wanted to visit in Australia and he designed a fabulous vacation between New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. After booking my trip, I heard and read some bad reviews and became concerned. However, I did not have any issues with my consultant or my trip. He contacted me when there were some renovations scheduled at my booked hotels and was responsive when I had any questions (it did take up to 2 weeks for him to respond at times though). The activities that were planned were fantastic and the transportation (to/from airport, to/from activities) were professional and on time. I would recommend them.

Very pleasant and professional service from beginning to end. Would’ve like to have seen a few more details of the trip, or recommendations of other sights to see along the way. But all in all PacificIslands.com took very good care of us. Thank you!

Great experience and a great vacation. My only issue was sometimes it took several days to get a response to a question. Would definitely book through them again.

Company was flexible in customizing a trip for us. Everything went well. They could have found a hotel closer to the airport for the day stay on the way back. The hotel acted like we were staying there for a week and we were concerned they knew what we were there for.

The company was great, good job
