I previously had the Anker sleep buds, these were good but pressure on them would effect the sound and they tended to fall out. They also had various charging issues and didn't last as long as anticipated. I bought the ozlo sleep buds 2 and they are amazing. So comfortable to wear, no falling out, still had 50% charge when I woke up and the masking was really good. With Anker I had to have them on full volume. The sound quality for listening to other audio is also really good. I let reviews put me off getting ozlo but really wish I had just started with them now. Perhaps it's the 2nd edition which is improved,

First earplugs that work for me. I’ve used a lot of different earplugs and have had them cause me vertigo & ear pain. The Ozlo Sleep are comfortable & mask noise perfectly.

Within the warranty period, I experienced intermittent issues twice. The Ozlo Sleepbuds are a brilliant piece of engineering and already a massive improvement over the original Bose version. No, they aren't perfect yet, but I assume that's because it's such a sensitive device that has to balance conflicting demands. The battery life needs to be solid, as does the Bluetooth connectivity, but the latter shouldn't drain the battery, and the buds themselves must remain small. I think Ozlo delivers the best product on the market given the current state of technology. Because of this, things can still go wrong. However, my experience with their customer service has been fantastic. They are fast, to the point, proactive (if you don't follow up, they will reach out to you), and genuinely willing to investigate the issue. Yes, you sometimes have to go through a series of questions and troubleshooting steps before they can make a diagnosis. That can be a bit annoying, but it's understandable. They absolutely honor the warranty, but obviously, they can't just say "here's a new pair!" for every single issue. All in all, I am very satisfied. Most of the time they work great, they are comfortable (at least for me), they block out ambient noise adequately, and they really help sensitive sleepers get a better night's rest. Is it perfect yet? No. Is that Ozlo's fault? No, not at all. They have made the best product currently possible.

Faultless experience. Earbuds working really well for 2+ years. Customer support has been excellent and speedy when any issues have arisen (software updates). I find these much more reliable than my previous Bose sleepbuds and the quality of my sleep is so much better since I have been using them.

Lalita's assistance was EXCEPTIONAL. Great customer service is rare these days, and I couldn't believe how consistent and timely the communication was. I expected the claim process to be a heavy lift, but she made it very easy.
