I’ve been using these earbuds almost nightly for months now. While I really enjoy their fit and audio quality, they are much more high-maintenance than I’m used to. My biggest inconvenience is the battery life of each earbud. I only wear one at a time, and I’m disappointed that a single bud doesn't last 7.5 hours. To get through a full night's sleep, I have to remember to swap earbuds partway through the night so the initial one can charge. Otherwise, my audio disappears in favor of saving battery for alarms—a fail-safe I do appreciate, even if the short battery life is frustrating. Charging them also requires extra attention. It is very easy to place the earbuds into the case without making contact with the charging points. Even though I tell myself to check the indicator light daily, I still make mistakes when I'm groggy from waking up and putting them away. Pairing and playback have their own quirks, too. Even though the earbuds have already established a connection with my phone, the case being open or closed affects my ability to pair with them every single time. Every night, I have to wait patiently with both earbuds inside the case before I can take them out and start using them. Additionally, during a long road trip with multiple driving shifts, my partner and I were unable to re-pair them to my partner's phone to separate the sleeping person's audio from the car's navigation system. While that is outside the normal scope of use, it still caused frustration. Finally, there is a slight audio delay when you start playing from your phone; if you care about hearing every moment of your audio source, you’ll have to get comfortable with rewinding and restarting.

I bought my first pair about a year ago and I love them, but it does create pain in my right ear in the inferior crus (had to look up the terminology) so i stopped using them for a bit to let that area get well and in the interim my husband decided to use them the rest is history! I had resorted to using a Manta sleep mask with speakers until healing was done and now, I bought him the Ozlo 2 and he loves them as well we hear nothing not even my son while playing games! I still have pain and discomfort on the right ear and ive tried just about everything but the pro is I dont hear snoring so I try to sleep on my back I wish there was something that could change for me and the many people going thru the same ordeal.

These Sleepbuds have been life-changing for me and my partner. I'm a light sleeper, and my partner is a snorer; I've spent years getting frustrated with foam earbuds and loop and would often feel I was causing damage in my desperate attempts to block the snoring. Ozlo provided an instant solution from night 1. I couldn't believe how well they worked to mask the snoring. I was put off for a long time due to the price, but they've been one of the best investments I've ever made! In the first year of using them, there were some connection issues and I had to do factory reset a few times. But in the last year, they've been fine. ​The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery life. I usually go to bed at 11 PM and wake up at 7 AM, but by then the buds are down to their last few percent. They last about 8 hours max, which means I can't really use them if I want a lie-in.

Support with replacing a faulty earbud was great. Quick response and follow up to check progress. The earbuds are great too: comfortable to wear as a side sleeper and has restored a healthy sleep routine.

I really like this product. It is revolutionise my sleep. Unfortunately the product is glitchy – tech support is sometimes good but recently has been very patchy. They have promised me an exchange but the portal they linked me to does not work and then they take weeks to reply to the emails. It is a real shame as there is such potential here. Edit 30 April: prompt response here / will update if I succeed with customer support Edit 7 May: after a couple more follow-up emails referencing this I got a response by email with a tracking number to send back. Will update if / when I get a replacement. Edit 15 May: after three more emails from me - replacement Ozlo sleepbuds dispatched. I think in total it took 12 chaser emails.

My wife loves them but for some reason one stopped charging for a week. I started to file a claim and then it just started charging again. Not sure what's up with that.

The only thing I didn’t like is that you didn’t make clear the difference between the regular sleep buds and the calm Ones. I really thought about getting the more expensive Ones but decided not too because of your descriptions. I looked for a phone number so I could call before I ordered but couldn’t find one

Customer service isn't great. No response on multiple emails and also a voicemail. Good product but support is next to non if you have issues. It's been 3 days and no email stating they are working on it or have received my email. Update I was contacted by Ozlo and they have been very helpful with getting my exchange taken care of. They recently switched software for handling their support tickets. I understand that this never goes smoothly and have experienced it first hand with the company I work at. I appreciate them reaching out and making it right.
