OzloReviews of ozlosleep.com

The sleep buds are helpful, but I purchased them in order to sleep better on overnight International flights. They do not do as good a job of noise reduction as my Bose earbuds, but they fit better for sleeping.

7 days past my previous review and 6 days past their comment on it saying they will get back to me on my email about my support case and yet no answer. I received several emails from them about their new sleepbuds but nothing about my support case.

Order #OZEU25207 was marked as delivered but never arrived. I contacted support, answered all their questions, and have had no reply since. I'd like a replacement or a full refund. Can someone please escalate this?

I previously had the Anker sleep buds, these were good but pressure on them would effect the sound and they tended to fall out. They also had various charging issues and didn't last as long as anticipated. I bought the ozlo sleep buds 2 and they are amazing. So comfortable to wear, no falling out, still had 50% charge when I woke up and the masking was really good. With Anker I had to have them on full volume. The sound quality for listening to other audio is also really good. I let reviews put me off getting ozlo but really wish I had just started with them now. Perhaps it's the 2nd edition which is improved,

I returned my item several weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund for order OZUK14257. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve contacted Ozlo Sleep Support multiple times, but all I receive are repetitive, generic responses apologising for the delay and claiming my case has been escalated to the Tier 2 team. Despite multiple follow-ups, nobody can provide a clear update, a refund date, or any meaningful explanation for why my refund is taking so long. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but waiting several weeks after returning an item without receiving your money back is unacceptable. Simply telling a customer that their case is “under review” repeatedly is not a resolution. The lack of communication and accountability has completely undermined my confidence in the company. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly just to get their own money back. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Ozlo Sleep to think twice about the after-sales service. A company’s customer service matters just as much as its products, and my experience so far has been extremely frustrating. I expect Ozlo Sleep to stop sending generic apologies and actually process my refund. After repeatedly chasing for updates, I’ve received nothing but generic apologies and promises that my case has been escalated. Now, Ozlo claims that although the tracking confirms my return was delivered, the returned items were allegedly missing from the package they received. They have also highlighted that I returned the items on the same day they were delivered and referred to recent instances of fraudulent returns. However, neither of these circumstances proves that anything fraudulent has taken place in my case. Ozlo says it has opened an investigation with the carrier, but I am still left waiting for my money with no clear resolution date. If there is an issue with the parcel, I expect Ozlo to investigate it properly and provide a meaningful update rather than leaving me chasing for weeks without a satisfactory answer. Their latest response states that the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days once they verify the return. This is not a firm commitment to refund me; it is another condition with no clear deadline. The entire experience has been stressful, frustrating and disappointing. A customer returning an order should not have to spend weeks chasing a refund and repeatedly asking for answers. Concerns Regarding GDPR and Public Disclosure I am also concerned about the information disclosed in Ozlo Sleep’s public response to this review. The company has publicly discussed details of my individual transaction and return dispute, including the allegation that the returned items were missing from the package received. It has also referred to fraudulent returns and highlighted the timing of my return. I question whether disclosing these transaction-specific details publicly was necessary and proportionate when responding to my complaint, particularly while the investigation remains ongoing. The wording risks creating a misleading impression about my conduct without providing evidence to substantiate any implication of wrongdoing. I am therefore asking Ozlo Sleep to explain the lawful basis under Article 6 of the UK GDPR for disclosing these details publicly and to review whether its response complies with its data protection obligations, including the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and accuracy. If these concerns are not addressed, I will consider raising a formal complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). I want my refund resolved, a proper explanation of the investigation, and my personal information handled appropriately. A company’s customer service matters just as much as its products. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Ozlo Sleep’s after-sales service. I will update this review if the company resolves the matter. I expect a proper resolution, not another generic apology.

I bought mine in January last year. Then they stopped working, and the joke started. In the begining it was some battery issues, then one earplug stopped working and then the other, they don't connect, or when I try to wear them they disconnect. At the time I am writing this they don't work at all. There customer service is a joke, they do not care at all, they did not offer any option they just sent new plugs that I could never connect to my box. So basically nothing is working. Then, they sent me a link to send all of my devices back, for them to check the material again, for that they sent me a link to generate the prepaid label... which is not working. Last but not least, they ask me for my taxe ID to generate the prepaid label. Honestly, at this point this is a total joke and I regret buying this especially for the ABSURD price of 349 euros!!

Bought 2 sets of Ozlo sleep buds approx 2 years ago. I contacted the company within the warranty period about left ear not working and they walked me thru a reset. That is when both pair started going downhill. The volume slowly dissipated, connection problems. So bad I stopped using them for a while. Moving forward, I contacted the company about unable to connect. They sent me the reset list again and I informed them that they still didn’t work. They said they would review my case and let me know. The final response was that the sleepbuds were past the warranty period and they would sell me new buds for $190 a set. The sleep buds were purchased Sept 2024. If purchased, the sleepbuds cost $150 or more a year and cannot guarantee to work past one year. There are better and cheaper sleepbuds out there with better customer service and Much cheaper price. I definitely will not be supporting this company and will highly encourage anyone else seeking sleep masking earbuds to do the same.

They are not worth the price you pay. I have had issues with my left sleepbud from the first 4 months. I followed all their advises on how to clean and troubleshoot the issue with no result. I have also reached out to their supporting team asking for help and I haven’t heard back for over a year now. Do not waste your money on this. They are unreliable
